Position Name : Executive - Operation

Job Band : 2

Job Purpose/Objective

  • Responsible for smooth operations in yard, rail & warehouse (EXIM/Domestic).
  • Ensure timely gate in and gate out operations as per SLAs.
  • Ensure to prepare various reports & showing with concerned in time.
  • Ensure there should not be any revenue leakages.
  • Plan to utilise equipment optimally and its proper management.
  • Rail Operational Safety
  • Inter/Intra/External dept communication and relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and circulating Operation MIS on daily basis (Yard/Gate/Rail/DSO/EXIM).
  • Matching of Physical and System Inventory.
  • Monthly ICD Inventory.
  • Working towards maintaining compliances as per Company policy and Govt. Authority
  • Communications to S. Lines and Other stakeholders as required
  • RST SLA and Breakdown
  • Working towards Streamlining Gate/Yard/Third party process. Maintaining performance figures (TAT/Moves/RST-ITV’s)
  • Yard Planning & Management
  • Maintaining high standards of safety in Yard.
  • Deployments of Yard/WB Surveyors.

Skills And Competencies

  • Experience in handling Operations in rail terminal.
  • Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written
  • To have very good knowledge of word, excel & PPT as well as software.
  • SOPs of Yard, Rail & warehouse operation knowledge.

Educational Qualification (min)

  • Graduation (B.Tech/MBA)
  • Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written
  • Good knowledge of Excel & Outlook.
  • Good knowledge of SOPs of Yard, Rail & warehouse operation knowledge

Experience: 02.00 yrs. to 08.00 yrs.
