Jubilant Biosys is hiring for Supply Chain Executive.

Experience:4-5 years

Key Responsibilites:

  • Responsible for managing the Supply chain, Logistics and Store operations.
  • Preparing purchase order and maintaining necessary stock records to track the movement of goods in compliance with internal/external agencies to meet necessary audit checks.
  • Field duty with regard to inquiries, negotiations and procurement material, maintain the records of road permits and documents as per ISO procedure.
  • Monitoring the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan
  • Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials which helps in cost saving.
  • Finalization of Capex, Spares and planning for the division.
  • Proposal preparation (Cost evaluation) for the new clients, Existing clients.
  • To ensure Client’s requirement are met and responsible for customer relationship, Responsible for end to end project deliverables in time.
  • Analyzing and improving the delivery timelines both Imports & Exports. Monitoring inventory maintenance and complaints.
  • Annual maintenance charges (AMC) with Capital equipment’s and spares procurement to reduce the cost to the company.
  • Cross checking reports on procurement and usage of material.
  • Liaising with Insurance organizations for insuring products for Imports
