Overview
Export Executive serve as intermediaries between foreign buyers and domestic sellers. Export Executives find buyers internationally for domestic product manufacturers.
Responsibilities
As middlemen, export executives plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods. During the course of the day, they may negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents, and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers.
In their accounting function, export managers may keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process. They may also have to ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
In their customer-focused function, the candidate should be able to communicate effectively and on a timely basis with the customers. Must be customer-centric.
In their coordinator function, the candidate has to coordinate with the HO and the same with the buyers, regarding sampling and orders. They have to provide support for senior managers for daily coordination.
Requirements
- Should have Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
- Self-Motivated, Adaptable, ready to accept the challenging situation
· Minimum bachelor’s degree and equivalent
· Knowledge of ceramic industry would be added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹160,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
