  • Ensuring minimum order level of stock is maintained
  • Ensuring to achieve targeted quantity
  • Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
  • Purchase of import spare parts
  • Weights & Measures certifications
  • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
  • Factory management- Supervising the Production, stores and Logistics department
  • Submitting daily report of production
  • Vendor Development- Suppliers
  • Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures
  • Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures
  • Motivating, guiding team members for result oriented tasks
  • Planning training sessions for the team
