Job brief


We are looking for a Field Engineer responsibilities typically include handling maintaining, monitoring, installing and providing support for network hardware, software and communication links

The professional will work in coordination with the telephony team to take care of the system down emergencies, errors of hardware, software, and network.

They also look into telephony problems such as completion, documentation, notification

Responsibilities

  • Design, install & troubleshoot the telecommunications systems.
  • Work with the complex network & switching systems.
  • Configure networks to ensure smooth transmission of data that fulfills the objective of the organization.
  • Oversee new and existing telecom equipment’s, hardware and software upgrades.
  • Evaluates technical issues related to computer, server, network, voice and resolve it at the earliest.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering or a related subject
  • Proven hands-on Software/Hardware experience
  • Proven working experience in Installation of telecom products
  • Hands on knowledge of Communication related products
  • Flexible to work as per customer requirement
  • Have the potential to lead the team and work independently if required.
