Our company is looking for a Field Sales to join our team.
Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents;
Hold periodical customer meets to understand customers’ pulse and product needs;
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans;
Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per Max Life Insurance standard;
Work closely with Agents to plan and review of activities and goals;
Ensure Company’s product mix sales ratios and adhere to the business norms.

salary -15k to 28k
