Job Description: Roof top solar site quality inspection planning which includes coordination with project managers/Tata Power Solar dealers/Tata Power Solar Contractors on inspection of sites spread across Gujarat. * Timely reporting on observations/findings to Tata Power Solar Quality Department with respect to engineering drawings/manuals/Field Quality Plan and zero deviation on the same.

*Active experienced input during FQP review/Checklist confirmations. Supporting team in preparations/revisions of SOPs.

*Continuously in touch with standards and guidelines of installation and utilizing the keen experience for the utilization of the same at site.

*Polite but at the same time tactfully stringent on the requirements of TPS QA function and ready to challenge situationally.

*Required to use the organization digital platforms and train the installation teams on usages of the same.

*Verification of site drawings/specifications, products RTC for review and taking actions. *Standard Operating Procedure preparation with Dos and Donts with visual pictures/videography. * Follow up with dealers/contractors on closure of observations on time * Training on quality aspects of installation to dealers/contractors is also part of scope. * Adhere strictly to safety requirements at site and zero deviation on the same and escalating such. This position is primarily located in Gujarat but would require continuous extensive travel across the state specifically and sometimes outside on need basis Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineering Diploma in the branch of Electrical with an experience of at-least 3-5 years OR BE Electrical with an experience of at-least 2-3 years in the field of solar/power projects and quality inspection experience at site. Having basic ISO process knowledge as part of site activity. Candidate should have an extensive zeal to learn and work with overall approach of solar power systems. Qualification and experience still might not be limited to above as candidates with required exceptional approach, understanding/knowledge and interest can also be entertained.
