  • Account scrutiny & Analysis
  • Monthly MIS
  • Management Reporting
  • Audit Handling
  • Cost Saving Initiatives
  • FAR reconciliation with Books of Accounts.

    • Activities to be handled

    • Timely closure and presentation of monthly MIS to management with analysis.
    • Providing detailed analysis of variance in Budget vs Actuals
    • Timely & accurate billing including follow up with Landlords, Vendors for outstanding clearance and NDCs.
    • Handling vendor / client related queries and reconciliations, payments etc.
    • Close co-ordination and follow up with Accounts/Finance & vendors for billing data.
    • Close interaction with Internal and Statutory Auditors and ensuring closure of audits on time.
    • Handling a team of 6-7 accounts payable & invoicing.
