Job Description

Any Accounting Degree is Preferable/Engineering degree or equivalent with Strong Telecom experience.

Review all artifacts created by Developers/Senior Developers and take ownership for the quality of the artifacts before customer delivery

Experience on SDLC phases, DevOps and Development of agile process

Create Test Cases and perform testing as per specifications

Takes ownership of the Application Management for Oracle Financial System and IFRS applications.

Serve as the subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion R13 Financials, end-to-end flows with respect to telecom industry and possessing a high level of knowledge on IFRX.

Good understanding for the business process in telecom domain.

Provide Level 2 and 3 support as per requests from various constituencies. Working closely with Development and DBA team for performance issues.

Strong knowledge and understanding of application configuration, setups, and Integration of ERP Finance modules and with other systems.

Collecting data from the systems on an ongoing basis to analyze system performance and process specific performance data.

Coordination with interface departments / teams for smooth operations to achieve their target SLAs.

Process adherence to ensure all the service requests/incidents closed within the stipulated SLAs.

Manage new projects, Enhancement, feature solution implementations.

Environment Configuration, application upgrade and releases /Hot fixes support as per the business requirements.

Good knowledge of the Oracle Apps standards, table structures and architecture.

Willing to work in 24x7 environment

Application Security audit and compliance.
