Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Service at ASL Motors Private Limited located in Jamshedpur. The General Manager Service will be responsible for leading the Service team and overseeing day-to-day service operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, maximizing operational efficiency, and driving business growth.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience in automotive service operations, with a focus on leading and managing a service team
  • Strong technical knowledge of cars and automotive mechanics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage service operations with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience with TATA Motors Passenger Cars is a plus
