Job Description


The Role

The role will support the goals of the People & Strategy by ensuring alignment to the HR Operating model across the Communities of Expertise (COEs).

Who you will work with

  • As our HR Transformation Manager, you will work closely with the Global Heads of the Communities of Expertise (COEs) across the Employee Lifecycle, from hire to retire.
  • You will partner with them to increase business efficiency, streamline processes and ensure alignment to our HR Operating Model and People & Talent Strategy.
  • You will also collaborate with colleagues globally across the HR Operations Team, Data & Analytics and Technology to optimize Workday and other HR systems to deliver the optimal user experience and drive self-service functionality wherever possible.

What you will be responsible for

  • You will be responsible for reviewing and analysing current HR processes and providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • You will have excellent knowledge of HR business processes across multiple geographies and experience of HR transformation methodologies across the Employee Lifecycle along with a strong background within continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • You will support the goals of the People & Strategy by ensuring alignment to the HR Operating model across the Communities of Expertise (COEs)
  • Suggest approaches to and lead the implementation of functionality that aligns with and supports our One HR culture.
  • Look for additional opportunities to transform processes and increase efficiency through automation, self-service, and standardisation.
  • Partner with the COEs to drive optimal solutions that improve HR processes and streamline user experiences.
  • Build consensus around business processes, business rules, workflows, and design. Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly defined requirements.
  • Drive process improvements, document processes and user guides, and create and deliver reports to demonstrate progress and success.
  • Create and maintain documentation on business processes, configuration, and other materials.
  • Liaise with Data Privacy to ensure that process changes agreed and are in line with the firm’s policies.
  • Monitor trends in system issues and requests, recommending and implementing improvements to the user experience, functionality, configuration, or integration with other tools.
  • Proactively recommend and create training resources to enable consistent and effective adoption of system capabilities.
  • Provide project support to the Global Head of Service Delivery and other teams as needed.

Qualifications


Your experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS and HCM (preferably Workday)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse complex business challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and manage relationships at the C-level. This includes a deep understanding of the business, strategy and the ability to anticipate and address their needs.
  • Deep understanding and strong knowledge of HR processes delivered out of a Shared Service or HR Operations set up
  • Proven track record of demonstrating business process transformation.
  • Strong ‘process’ thinking that connects the dots through its functional silos and delivers an impactful and effective people experience.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge to achieve productive solutions for complex business problems.
  • Analytical and data-driven, leveraging data available to drive process enhancements.
  • Excellent relationship management skills – display sensitivity to organisational dynamics and cultivate relationships across functions/ geographies to drive results.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to adapt communication upwards and downwards for appropriate levels of detail.
  • Curious, self-driving, inspirational, business-driven, and costs conscious.
  • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
