DESIGN THE FUTURE WITH A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS

In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with Discipline Lead. Your finest task in our team will be administration & coordination of global onboarding process & systems. You will be coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all practical arrangements are in place for new joiners.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Be responsible for maintenance of the global onboarding portal ensuring that content and tools are always updated
Work proactively with line managers, conduct introduction meetings to introduce line managers to the onboarding process & tools and offer administrative support
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all practical arrangements are in place for new joiner
Organize and follow-up onboarding meetings between new joiner, manager and buddy
Act as an owner of COWI onboarding mailbox and be responsible for acting on feedback and suggestions received in the mailbox
Track the progress of onboarding process for all new joiners to ensure that the onboarding process runs as planned
Conduct check-in surveys and calls with new hires and line managers to evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and recruitment process
Be responsible for data analysis and reporting of overall onboarding process effectiveness and findings from surveys/calls

Furthermore, you should:
Hold a Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources with 0-2 years of experience in administration and coordination role preferably in HR
Have a strong administration & coordination skill
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Have an outgoing and engaging personality
Be good at managing time and can prioritize tasks while working independently
