Global Program and Events Manager

Drive the overall design, planning, coordination and execution of the Global Reliability Summit every year.

During the planning period, effectively manage multiple stakeholders including Arrelic internal teams, Arrelic partners and all suppliers/ vendors

Contribute to the ideation and concept development for the Global Reliability Summit, working with internal teams and external vendors to bring to life the ideas based on Global Reliability Summit event design principles - emotional comfort, intellectual content, physical movement, and inspiration.

Bring learnings and inputs from the execution of world-class events, utilizing the latest technologies to enhance the participant experience

Negotiate and liaise with external suppliers (designers, production companies, artists, musicians, venues, etc. as contracted) to achieve high levels of quality within time and budget

Allocate budgets and conduct regular monitoring and evaluation

Work closely with Arrelic teams, program and events teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery; collaborate with impact track teams to promote the event through relevant channels and attract the target audience for participation

Lead the guest management process including invitations and registration.

Design the Marketplace, including the selection of participants (with other team members), and work with the selected participants and designers to create custom stalls

Plan for and support preparation for Global Reliability Summit facilitators and volunteers DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

8+ years of production and events background, with experience in managing large events, conference, and symposium in high-stakes situations.

Experience being a part of and managing multi-stakeholder and fast-paced projects, from ideation to implementation

Experience managing and developing teams

Proficient across Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software

Excellent written and verbal English communications, and competent verbal
