Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise design staff and train them according to the design level which has been set
Review and approve designs, artwork, images, and graphics developed by other staff members
Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style and give them the best solution for UI and UX and present designs to clients for approval
Contribute to Art Work and work with the Team.
Innovative Thinker with a Good Education Qualification.
Working alongside UI/UX designers, content writer, graphic designers and developers.
Creation and layout of marketing materials for specific marketing campaigns and projects using the CS applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe After -Effects required)
Creation of video animation for company profile, branding of the company, brochure, logo, print related work
Writing blogs and taking a session to update the fellow designers for knowledge sharing
Expertise in Design Usability and Accessibility
Producing sketches or ’storyboards’ or ’wireframes’ or ’prototype’ to communicate ideas to the client
Determine how best to represent a concept visually with images, art or other design elements to use
Ability to estimate, plan and deliver on the timelines

Desired Candidate Profile .

Should have knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe After Effects.
Should be able to create courses in storyline, Captivate, Lectora .
Strong experience in creating graphics optimized for use on websites
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours , fonts and layouts
Should have worked with customers from Publishing and Corporate.
Develop the overall look or style of an animation, video, WBT, application, website or product design
Candidate should have efficient time management skills.
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
Excellent written and presentation skills.
