Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a minimum of two years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing for websites, apps, internet marketing content, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts for websites, mobile apps, digital advertising, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to translate requirements into design solutions that meet business objectives
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms while adhering to brand guidelines
  • User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI) Design: Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, focusing on enhancing user experience and engagement
  • Content Creation: Design compelling visuals for internet marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, banners, infographics, and promotional materials
  • Research & Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the digital design landscape
  • Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to optimize performance and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web design, app design, and internet marketing content
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant design tools
  • UI/UX Knowledge: Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices, with the ability to create user-centric designs
  • Creativity & Innovation: Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to innovate while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
