Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at CDC you will be responsible for creating stunning visual content that communicates our brand’s message and captivates our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to design graphics, social media posts, and various promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of digital and print media.

- Design eye-catching social media posts, banners, and advertisements to increase brand visibility and engagement.

- Develop custom design solutions for marketing campaigns, product launches, and special promotions.

- Collaborate with the content team to create aesthetically pleasing and consistent designs for blogs, eBooks, and other content assets.

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other design software to bring creative concepts to life.

- Perform video editing and animation work for multimedia projects.

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.

- Effectively manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

- Experience with design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.

- Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Knowledge of Figma or other design and collaboration tools.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions as needed.

- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
