Roles and Responsibilities


Manage and drive the transactions on the Kirana B2B platform through marketing campaigns and analytics



1. Drive transactions on platform as per planned targets with respect to kirana ordering


2. Develop market insights to get the right triggers to kirana ordering


3. Create frameworks to develop sustained programs and campaigns to drive transactions


4. Liaison with the state teams to ensure the programs on the ground are executed in the right manner


5. Develop all sorts of communication elements required to be deployed for the marketing campaigns


6. Periodically review performance of the merchants across different cohorts and develop plans to drive the same


Undertake market field visits to understand the right needs and pain points of the merchants


Desired Candidate Profile



The candidate should have worked in any reputed FMCG organization, having spent considerable part of their career, in sales/trade marketing/customer marketing/ little bit of marketing experience is preferable
