Job Location : Lucknow

We are looking for Sales Head to join our Sales team based out of Lucknow:

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in alignment with the company’s overall vision and goals.
  • Business Development:Identify new business opportunities/vertical, partnerships, and alliances to expand the company’s presence and market share in India.
  • Sales and Marketing:Lead the sales teams to effectively promote and distribute our products, ensuring strong brand positioning and market penetration.
  • Market Analysis:Conduct research to identify new markets, upcoming projects, market needs, monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Target Oriented:Planning and ensuring to strengthen the business targets and align with the sales team to achieve the decided targets.
  • Required Certificates:Ensure to get certifications required for GeM and other Govt. Procurement Portals and maintaining the highest levels of quality and integrity.
  • Financial Management:Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing profitability.
  • Team Management:Build and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to drive employee engagement, productivity, and professional growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leading architects, designers, government agencies, developers, contractors, and clients.

What you offer:

  • Strong relationships with leading architects, design firms, corporate and government agencies.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Regional/ National Sales Head.
  • Some exposure of working with or specifying products via architects and interior designers.
  • Self-Motivated and strong work ethic.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills and expertise in both Excel and Power-point is a must.
