仕事内容

A desktop support engineer’s job is to solve the technical problems of a computer user. . The other duties of a desktop engineer are training the end user when new software or IT regulations come to a company, or implementing new strategies and making users comfortable with the technology.

Responsibilities

Responding to client support requests.

Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.

Travelling to the clients location or connecting via remote link.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.

Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

Desktop Support Engineer Requirements

01-Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

02-Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.

03-Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.

04-Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary

Salary-17,000/- to 28,000/-
