Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Silvassa for a Housekeeping Manager at Khanvel Resort. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all housekeeping operations, including supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the resort, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining inventory and supplies.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication Skills
- Experience in managing housekeeping operations and laundry services
- Customer Service skills and ability to handle guest complaints
- Hiring and Training skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Relevant certification or degree in Hospitality or related field
