About The Role

As our People Partner, you will lead the people partnership efforts in India. You will partner closely with multiple stakeholders including the global HR team, the General Manager of our India team, and our India Professional Employer Organization.

Your role will include developing and executing best-in-class HR processes and improving and managing our current India employee experience. You will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities with a solution-forward mindset. This is an incredible opportunity to help build and shape what HR and team culture will be for the India Market.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
  • Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and coordinate remote culture events to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage all HR requests and employee relations for all India employees in a timely manner.
  • Participate and lead global HR projects as an integral member of the People team.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Consult on projects such as the India Employee Handbook and India Employee Benefits
  • Serve as a compliance expert for India employment law and serve as lead for the Internal Complaints Committee / POSH Committee
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 4+ years of professional HR Business Partnership experience
  • 1+ years of India HR statutory compliance experience
  • Flexibility in partnership with the US-based teams as needed during early morning or late evening hours
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and competing tasks with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with a Professional Employer Organization
  • Experience creating and managing HR and Recruiting programs
