Position: Consultant
Location: Gurgaon Office (AltF JMD Empire Square, MG Road)
Role:
• Drive the recruitment process of end to end recruitment process (Sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding etc).
• Understanding Client requirements.
• Searching of profile through job portals, through referrals and head hunting.
• Mapping of organisations/Functional Departments as and when required
• Working on diverse industries across functions.
• Taking initial HR round on telephonic interview/Skype.
• Client Management
• Maintaining recruitment MIS or Trackers.
