We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a focus on technical hiring to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding exceptional individuals with the technical skills and experience necessary to drive our company’s success.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative methods to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and negotiating offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical hiring, preferably within the EdTech or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding on technical roles and requirements, including software development, data science, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Proven sales experience, preferably in the education or technology sector. Strong understanding of the education industry, including corporate training, professional development, and vocational education markets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (if applicable).
