Roles and Responsibilities Excellent communication skills & PresentablePreparing and maintaining various MIS Reports, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records and documentation and ensure follow upsHandling employee relations, disciplinary concerns and grievances handling as per the defined guidelines/ PoliciesKnowledge of Statutory & Legal compliances like PF, ESI, LWF, Labor Law, etc. as and when requiredHandle leave and attendance management records for all employees at different sitesHandle the Administration workConducting employee orientation and onboarding of new joinersTravel to the sites on regular basisOversee daily operations of the HR department
Desired Candidate Profile Must be a MBA in HRExperience in Real Estate Industry0-2 years of experience in HR OperationsMale Candidate preferredExcellent Interpersonal and coordination skillsExcellent organizational skills Attention to detail and good judgementDemonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to manage sensitive and confidential information/ situations with tact and professionalismHighly organized and self-motivatedProficient with Microsoft excel
