Chitkara University is currently looking for HR Head for its HP Campus. The role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries.

Required skills and qualifications:

1)Ten or more years in a senior leadership role in a field related to our industry

2)Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success.

3)Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, HR policies, and employee management.

4)Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.

5)Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.

6)Familiarity with HR software.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

1)Master’s degree in Human Resource.

2)Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes

3)Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex: SAP, ERP, CRM)
