Client of Jobmitra.com required Manager ( HR) for one of the leading Soya Company in Indore

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Dual responsibilities of Admin & HR to be handled by the candidate by her own.
  • Responsible for full recruitment process and exit process.
  • Grievance handling, Employee engagement activities
  • Assist management in detailed HR policy framing.
  • HR policy implementation.
  • Assist management in increments, promotions, transfers, KRA KPA etc.
  • Assist management in framing various JDs, SOPs, policies etc.
  • Team building, retention and increasing tem efficiency.
  • Legal compliances relating to staff.
  • Ensuring a healthy work environment and team spirit in the company.
  • Payroll, employees expenses etc.
  • General Office admin.
  • Maintenance of company’s assets, stationery, utilities etc.
  • Vendor management for various goods and services.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures & systems and ensure their smooth & continued
Implementation.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Skillset And Work Experience Requirement
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in both HR and Admin.
  • Excellent communication and follow up practices are must.
  • Manpower management and team leader skills are must.
  • Vendor management skills.
  • Smart and soft-spoken.
Education Requirements
  • BBA or MBA in HR from a well-known institution.
  • Accolades in extracurricular activities will be added advantage.
