Job Summary:

Looking for an Enthusiastic Person to Hire, Guide and Train the human resources in our organization and act as a bridge between the Management and the Employees.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Should maintain the Employee’s Records, Organization Chart and Roles & Responsibility.

2. Capable of Analysing the Vacancy as per the Organization Chart and to Post Hiring Ads and Invite Potential Candidates for Hiring.

3. Conduct Skill, Technical Written and Oral Assessment during Hiring in Association with the Department Heads and Select the Suitable Candidates for the Position.

4. Should guide the New Joined Employees with the Proper Induction Checklist and Provide Induction Trainings about the Company and Direct them to the Department Heads with Training Manual and Monitor them Continuously about the Learning Curve.

5. Conduct Periodical Competence Assessments and find the Skill Shortage in the Employees and Organise Appropriate Trainings to make them Acquire the Same.

6. Prepare Monthly Salaries with PF/ESI and other Statuary Requirements and Send Appropriate Pay Slips to the Employees.

7. Submit Weekly/Monthly Reports to the Management as suggested in the Company’s ISO Manual.

Skills Required:

1. Should be Graduate with a Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and MBA in HR is Preferable

2. Should have minimum two years’ experience as a HR in a Reputed Organization.

3. Should be a Person with Good People Management Skill

4. Should be Optimistic and Spread Positive Vibes in the Organization

5. Should have good knowledge in HR Related Statuary Requirements like PF, ESI, Insurance.

6. Should have good knowledge in Hiring and Hiring related Advertisements.

7. Should have passion towards training other people.
