Caution against fraudulent job offers!

We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

We would like to clarify that:
At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.

Human Resources Transformation

The HR
Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice – the
work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We
collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support
organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that
transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology,
and deliver a leading employee experience.

Keeping
the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization’s
productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with
range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for
new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming
the way HR is delivered.

Deloitte
is looking for candidates having functional experience in at least two of the
following Oracle Cloud modules – Global Human Resources, Compensation, Talent
Management, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor or Payroll.

The
SAP/SuccessFactors offering focuses on engagements in SAP HR and SuccessFactors
product suites. We are looking for people with functional expertise in SAP HR
and SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on
large SAP HR/SuccessFactors HR Transformation projects in a functional
consultant role.

Work you’ll do:
Responsible for successful end to end delivery and management of
large scale global projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of
processes across various HCM modules and the ability to define various
strategies and leading teams. Manager will both drive and manage teams of
various sizes and interact closely with multiple cross functional teams (sales,
functional, PMO, testing, etc.).

·
2-10 yrs of strong hands on experience
in developing custom interfaces with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP HCI)
using various HCI/CPI tools on the Palette

·
2-10 years of SAP HCM Payroll experience
and / or SuccessFactors certification / experience

·
SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is a must
with latest delta updates for EC profile for (EC / reporting needs)

·
Understand Business Processes

·
Identify, document as-is processes and
design & recommend to-be processes

·
Map Business Processes to
SAP/SuccessFactors

·
Analyze & identify system
limitations and requirement gaps

·
Configure & unit test in relevant
SAP/SuccessFactors modules

·
Write/ review Functional Specification
/ Configuration Workbook documents

·
Develop test scenarios, scripts,
cases, data

·
Lead and/or support cutover
preparation, go-live activities and hypercare support

·
Play lead roles preferably on multiple
projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage
mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation
points

·
Manage and track staffing plan and
forecast resource availability based on project budgets

·
Work closely with customer, technical
and functional teams to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high
quality deliverables

·
Establish open, fluid, and timely
communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams

·
Use prior experience to develop
accurate work estimates, project budgets and timelines

·
Ensure client satisfaction targets are
achieved

·
Lead the delivery team, drive desired
professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of
performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform
successfully

·
Exercise required controls and propose
improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk
management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment

·
Manage SLAs and projects/CRs plan
effectively

·
Drive Innovation/Process improvements

·
Responsible for Statement of Work
preparation, purchase orders, price quotes and other contractual materials as
part of scheduling and deploying resources

·
Ensure business and assignment risks
are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the
project delivery and success

·
Act as an SAP HR and
SuccessFactors subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on HCM
business processes

·
Responsible for adhering to the
current project management methodology while influencing best practices,
process improvements, and procedures

·
Mentor associates and foster a
learning and growth environment

Experience: Min 2yrs in SAP HCM Payroll Or
Successfactors (Employee Central, Talent, Succession, LMS, Recruiting,
Onboarding, Compensation) SuccessFactors professional with valid
certification is mandatory Or CPI

Key Skills:

successful implementations of the SuccessFactors or HCM solutions

Expertise in SAP CPI
