The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and organized Human Resources Executive to join our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the accuracy of HR records and files, coordinating meetings, and providing recruitment support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Maintain HR databases and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other events.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Strong Knowledge of IT/Non-IT hirings
  • Prepare and distribute HR documentation, such as offer letters and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Handle general employee inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to staff in areas such as job descriptions and performance management.
  • Manage the development and implementation of HR programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR executive or similar role.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
