DCB Bank Limited is a private sector scheduled commercial bank in India. It has a network of 334 branches. and around 505 ATMs in the country. It offers products to individuals, small and medium businesses, rural banking and mid corporates across the branch network

About the internship/job:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Working on HR onboarding, assisting with onboarding activites - PAN India, interacting with new joiners with onboarding activities, and handling new joiners queries 2. Working on talent acquisition and assisting in executing recruitment responsibilities like sourcing and scheduling interviews, assisting in selected candidate’s registration and documentation, and processing offer letters on the internal portal 3. Handling end-to-end work with the L & D team (LMS, content, data management, and ad-hoc responsibilities)

Who can apply:

Only those students or freshers can apply who:

  • are available for full time (in-office) internship
  • have relevant skills and interests
  • can start the internship between 21st Aug’21 and 25th Sep’21
  • are available for duration of 3 months
  • have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
  • Females willing to start/restart their career may also apply

Other requirements:

The applicant should be currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation Must be willing to work from the office (location is - head office - Lower Parel, Mumbai)
