Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Hotel Radisson Bhopal located in Bhopal. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation. You will also work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels
  • Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
