We are looking for a Recruiter with a Successful track-record as a Technical Recruiter recruiting in IT Staffing. We are into Domestic Recruitment and cater to Technology Hiring for Few of the World Best Known internet/Product/E Commerce Organization.
We cater from a position with a Minimum Ticket Size of 25 LPA to 5 Cr.

  • Working Days Monday Friday
  • Work Timings 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Work Location 100 % Remote - Work from Home (Permanent)
  • Work Place Google Workspace / Google Meet
  • Fixed Salary Structure
  • Incentive Payout 10 % of Each Billing Amount on your every successful Closure
  • You need to have a Laptop, High-Speed Internet Connection & A Smart Phone
  • Minimum Job Commitment Bond 24 Months


Desired Candidate Profile

Primary Skills: Sourcing, Screening, Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing

Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment should be willing to work across technologies and across levels.

Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-. time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), per-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations and hiring documentation.

  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • A creative, forward thinker should be alert and receptive. Manage the full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process for the business needs.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
  • Proven experience in Multiple clients handling and interaction with them from sourcing to closing, as a single point of contact.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
  • Should have worked as an individual contributor.

  • Successful track-record as a Technical Recruiter recruiting in IT Staffing
  • Successful track record for recruiting for positions like Java Developer, .Net Developer, Big Data, ETL/ Informatica Developer, DevOps, Cloud Technologies, Networking, Quality Analyst, Project Managers, etc.
  • Proven success sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channels
  • Experienced working with direct clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to find common ground in negotiation
  • Expert use of various internet job boards, social networking sites, blogs, etc.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast paced agency environment
  • Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
  • Able to recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job description
  • Able to creatively and convincingly generate candidate interest in our customer requirements
  • Out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and couple it with hands-on execution abilities to search for niche technical skills
  • Professional, Adaptable, and Resilient - able to take no for an answer yet still apply 100% effort throughout the workday
  • Goal-oriented; have a burning desire to be successful
  • Conduct technical interviews to obtain candidate’s IT skills. Use Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Strong written/documentation and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and get things done without much involvement from management
  • Very strong organization skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Must be able to manage time effectively
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees including the executive team.
