Job description

  • Ability to participate in all aspects of the IT business development cycle
  • Get in contact with potential customers (calls, e- mails, product demos, and webinars).
  • Experience in IT Lead Generation, cold calls , Market Research, End to end sales.
  • Proven track record of Business Development and target achievement.
  • Hands on experience in handling B2B IT sales preferably in ERP,Oracle, SAP, IBM, Microsoft, Cloud technologies, Primavera.
  • New Business generations through online market research.
  • Build relationship with identified client accounts Have a good understanding of Salesforce as a Product, Offerings and Solutions Work with client to shape the opportunity He/she will develop the market along with a team of experts across multiple Industry verticals.
  • Assume responsibility for pre- sales activities. Follow up with customers to build a long term relationship with them.
  • He/she should have an in-depth understanding of the client s business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions.
  • Establish & maintain industry contacts leading to specific business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at qualified industry meetings/ events to promote companies services and solutions.

Key Competencies

1) Excellent Communication : Candidate need to possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to neutralize accent. This is a key criteria and requirement.
2) Outbound sales : International B2B / B2C outbound cold calling experience is an added advantage, preferably India, MENA, USA market. Experience in UK and Asia markets can be considered.
3) Database Building : Candidate would be expected to perform database management activities i.e. search based on the business requirement and build database for his or her own market outreach activities from open sources and some paid sourced provided by the organization and hence should be OK with contact generation activity and initiatives.
