Job Description :

1. Microsoft Technology Stack- Java, Cloud, Micro Services, DevOps

2. Sound knowledge of project management, agile and software development practices

3. Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms

4. Well versed with PM tools essentially MS Project and MS Excel

-Experience in frontend and mobile apps

-Project Management- Experience in handling large teams

-Delivered projects using Agile development methodology

-Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure quality compliance

-Financials Management dealt with PL of various accounts

-Digital Experience experience in execution of large scale digital engagements

-Delivery Management of large digital transformation programs

-Coach and mentor the team

-People Management

-Sales/Presales devised strategies to mine the existing accounts and onboarding of new clients --Experience in eCommerce technologies and domain is a big plus

-Strong communication , client management , people management and stake holder management skills

-Provide guidance to the team if the team faces any technical issues

-Technically sound.
