Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Agile project teams, utilizing Scrum principles to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Coach, mentor, and guide teams on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Manage larger projects that span multiple sprints and deliver on end-to-end business priorities.
Familiarity with OKRs framework is a plus.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues that may impact project delivery.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting transparency and accountability.
Utilize Agile metrics and tools to monitor team performance and project health.
Continuously improve Agile processes and methodologies, incorporating best practices into project workflows.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or other Agile certifications are a plus.
Proven experience 3 - 5 years leading multiple teams and managing cross-functional projects end-to-end.
Proven experience 2+ years as Scrum Master managing Agile/Scrum teams in Startups/ Mid-size organizations.
Practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to influence and motivate teams.
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira is mandatory. Trello, Asana are a plus).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
