Who are we looking for
• Engineer / MBA, 8-10 years of managing lending technology products / systems in terms of
development, Application support and management.
• Experience in setting up the Information & Application security.
• Knowledge and experience on the Salesforce platform will be an added advantage.
Key Activities
• Manage all the technology applications and systems of record i.e. Salesforce CRM, Cloud Lending
LMS, Lead Squared Lead Management System, Accounting applications on Sun systems, HRMS, etc.
• Ensure seamless connectivity and integration of all the systems.
• Project manage and Implement process changes based on business feedback.
• Ensure data accuracy and conduct data audits
• Timely MIS, reporting and ensuring high uptime of the systems.
• Ensure proper system documentation, including configurations, licenses, upgrades/ updates
schedules and so on.
• Continuous Process improvement, Simplification and Automation
• Manage technology audit, carry out recommendations in terms of application & information Securit
