About the company:

We are a digital platform for youth where they explore opportunities to get trained and become self-sufficient.

About the internship/job:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Explore, discover & understand various job platforms available for posting jobs for mandates of our clients as well as our own manpower requirements, to attract job seekers 2. Negotiate and secure relationships with those job portals to begin posting and get job seekers data on a regular basis 3. Manage existing such relationships to continue to attract job seekers for our business 4. Understand the requirements of each platform to post jobs using the right language, information, and other rules to ensure our job posts are accepted to be posted without any delay or question by the platform 5. Post jobs on Facebook pages, groups, etc. and other social platforms where SkillsKonnect has the presence to attract job seekers for mandates of our clients as well as our own manpower requirements, to attract job seekers 6. Work with the social media management team of the company to expand the reach of certain jobs posts via paid social media marketing to generate more leads 7. Create WhatsApp groups for job seekers to apply for our job posts whenever we seek job seekers via WhatsApp groups created by us 8. Post jobs on time on all such relevant portals to ensure timely aggregation of the job seekers can happen

Who can apply:

Only those students or freshers can apply who:

  • are available for full time (in-office) internship
  • have relevant skills and interests
  • can start the internship between 8th Jul’21 and 12th Aug’21
  • are available for duration of 6 months
  • have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
  • Females willing to start/restart their career may also apply
