Roles and Responsibilities

• Piping design in Concept, FEED and Detailed Engineering for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical Industries for both green field and brown field in both onshore and offshore projects.

• Piping & Pipeline thickness calculations for the different systems
• Developing of Plot plans & Equipment layouts
• Developing of Hazardous area classification drawings
• Developing of piping GA drawings
• Developing of pipe rack drawings & load calculations
• Preparation/ checking of isometrics
• Preparation of piping material specifications
• Preparation of requisitions for piping items
• Development of piping support design
• Reviewing of vendor drawings related to other disciplines
• Reviewing of vendor offers & preparation of TQs for offers.
• Checking & reviewing of piping layouts and inter discipline drawings/ documents
• Preparation & checking of data sheets for valves & SM items.
• Estimation & costing for the proposals.
• Working with organizational quality standards
• Worked windows based environment and well conversant with the latest software based engineering techniques.
• Having exposure & fully convergent with International Codes and Standards.

• Lead and manage Piping, Mechanical & Plant Design Automation disciplines.

• Completing the specified activity within the budgeted man-hours
• Planning & controlling the manpower
• Attending the meetings with clients & vendors
• Coordination with other disciplines

Desired Candidate Profile

BE mech with 15+ years of experience .

Experience of leading & managing a team .

Expertise of PDMS , SP3D, PDS,& Autocad
