This position is responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive talent management, talent engagement , OD initiatives, employee engagement and leadership development strategies, tools and processes in the disciplines of performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, coaching, development planning, and competency. To work along with BU heads to develop and implement Talent Management strategies in line with BU strategy. Collaboration, Innovation, Learning & Development and Talent Management in a fairly empowered environment.
