Job Description – Executive

Job Title - Executive – Distributor & Customer Support ( Logistic Support)

Location - Head Office

Reporting to - Manager – Distributor & Customer Support

Educational Qualification - Graduate

Experience

2-3 years of experience, preferably in customer support/ backend role in BPO/ Logistics company. Should have experience in inter departmental coordination /external agencies.

Attributes, Skill Sets

Good Communication skills, Language Proficiency English + Hindi + Telugu.

Computer skills – MS Office , (MS Excel)

Line reports - NA

Key Responsibility

Responsible for the resolution of tickets raised for logistics (Product delivery related issues).

Keep track of the tickets raised, resolve them and close the tickets in system within defined SLA

Coordinate with different branches for dispatch and delivery of the products.

Coordinate with Courier agency to close-loop the ‘not delivered’ and ‘in-transit’ cases for the fast resolution of the tickets raised.

Identify areas of concern at branches and courier agency and escalate to the team concerned.
