One of our Client Leading listed company is looking for Management Accountant at Coimbatore.


Desired Candidate:

CA qualified with 5 to 7 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, MIS, reporting and audit from manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and annual reporting of financial statements to stakeholders.
  • Work across with Business Head / Presidents / Directors for the optimum and smooth functioning of division Finance and its operation.
  • Update and confirm team on legal and statutory regulations and check standard checkilsts and SOPs.
  • Freeze and finalize orrective actions for IA findings of the division.
  • Audit findings and reports by Statutory and internal audit -To coordinate and establish corrective mechanism in system.
  • Policy formulation and changes in respect of employees, inventory management, Receivable Management, Payable Management, Treasury Management and CAPEX and asset management.
  • Establish Policies and compliance across the Busines Units / Divisions.
  • Ensure compliance with TQM and other Management initiatives.
  • Develop / adopt finance digital transformation and automation.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams in achieving divisional objectives and present.
  • monthly performance reporting to management.
  • Develop decision support systems, division wise profitability, cashflow, return on capital employed, fixed and variable cost analysis, break even, product mix, target vs actual performance,machine/men/resources utilisation, Inventory, cost of poor quality,capex roi on dynamic basis and provide to process owners and division heads and management.
  • Ensure adequate insurance coverage of property and inventory for natural perils and others, transit insurance,product liability insurance,directors liability insurance, vehicle insurance, personal accident of employees,long term employee benefits @ optimum cost.
