At PwC - AC, as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Business Strategy team, the candidate will conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare excel models, analyse large sets of data, lead project workstreams, work directly with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations to address client problems. Participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.

Years of Experience: 3 -6 years of relevant Post MBA experience

Position Requirements

a) Knowledge Preferred:

Candidates should demonstrate experience and knowledge in one or multiple industries including (1) Financial Services (2) Pharma & Life Sciences, (3) Industrial Product Services and (4) Technology Media & Telecommunications. Candidates should also have prior experience across the following area(s):

• Growth Strategy : Current state assessment, inside-out and outside-in analysis, market assessment, market sizing, competitive/ peer benchmarking, customer analysis, pricing and channel strategy

• New Product Launch : Industry and market dynamics assessment, target segment identification, TAM estimation through top-down and bottom-up approach, evaluation of target geography using macroeconomic indicators

• Capability Driven Strategy : Client’s current capabilities evaluation and gap assessment, alternatives assessment and develop strategic ways-to-play for companies to stay ahead of the curve

• Deals Strategy : Shortlisting potential target candidates through search & screen, opportunity size assessment and impact estimation, synergy assessment along with identification of key risks, EBITDA analysis, gross margin impact analysis, developing cost models and revenue models

b) Skills Preferred:

• Demonstrate proven industry and management consulting skills while working collaboratively with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable results

• Leading project work streams and working autonomously with minimal direction

• Attention to detail, sense of ownership, superior planning skills, ability to multitask and prioritize workload

• Understanding of project management techniques and tools

• Synthesize complex information and generate meaningful insights based on analysis of client’s data and information from primary and secondary research

• Experience in analysis and modeling using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Visual Basic, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, UI Path or other similar tools

• Structured verbal and written communication skills, strong facilitation and presentation skills

c) Professional and Educational Background:

• MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a top business school

• Past experience in management/ strategy consulting domain and exposure to the multinational environment will be an added bonus.
