Job Description

Functional Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of presentation production support charter across Sectors within the Insights hub
• Provide support in creating, designing and formatting electronic presentations for PepsiCo teams worldwide.
• Work with Business Partners to understand their data and ideas and help convey them in a professional way by transforming them into clear, compelling, highly accurate and visually attractive presentations.
• Make complicated business topics clear through business presentations that are easy to understand and visually pleasing to the eye.
• Work on the graphic design and copywriting to make presentations useful and eye-catching, including determining which charts are most appropriate for specific data stories, which framework to use to create effictive slides, and how to make information engaging, informative, and compelling.
• Direct relationship management with the key end-user stakeholders
• Directly work with Business Partners to understand and prioritize the agenda for team
• Lead communication on matters such as available capacity, changes of scope of existing projects and planning of future projects
• Educate Business Partners and cooperate with them on training senior end users on ways of working, processes and tasks related to SSC functioning and on-going cooperation
• Lead processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope – in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content management
• Drive optimal utilization of team members time – to achieve productivity goals and pave ground for further capability development within SSC
• Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business Partners
• Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output (facilities, IT resources, recruitment efforts)
• Own flawless support process and structure, including knowledge management and transfer.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

• An experienced Insight leader with experience in a leading consumer goods company. 5-7 years+ experience
• Education: MA in economics, sociology, math, statistics, marketing, or management
• Strong leadership and influencing profile in line with Insights Leader of the future definition: Motivates action through fact-based, inspirational material; Has a track record of identifying and championing new processes for improving fact-based decision making. Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources into compelling growth strategies. Formulates a strong POV and can articulate future scenarios; Is an exceptional story-teller.
• Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets; will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working
• High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including Nielsen/IRi (POS and HH panel), GlobalData, Kantar Worldpanel, etc.
• High degree of understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to bring business performance insights to life visually
• Experience with presentation software like PowerPoint, Prezi, Corel, Photoshop, Adobe Premier, and Tableau, desired
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite, Windows OS, PC accessories, Email, Internet/Web search or equivalent products
• Ability to communicate fluently in an all-English business environment with a firm grasp of spelling and grammar
• Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines
• Superior typing skills (min. 30 WPM; 95 PERCENT accuracy)
• Managerial experience: Experience in building a high performing and highly engaged team
• Operational experience from business servicing sector and/or consulting experience would be a plus
