Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the business success by training and developing its people ensuring the workforce is able to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Stakeholder engagement as an ongoing process
  • Supporting the delivery of all L&D activity and key projects across the business.
  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
  • Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more - in soft skills area
  • Teaching and Facilitating workshops and Programs - specially in soft skills/behavioral skills
  • Facilitating / teaching Leadership Development programs
  • Interpret and debrief the psychometric tests to the participants
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training, Individual development plans)
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Creating and rolling a training calendar
  • Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
  • Overseeing the Learning Management System : Ensuring the correct taxanomy, updation of data, road shows etc

Competencies

  • Passionate about helping people learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • Knowledge of Instructional design
  • Administration and customer service orientation
  • Data Analysis and interpretation
  • Familiarity with psychometric assessments
  • Designing, Teaching and facilitating soft skills workshops

Experience


  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager 6-7 years
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in Project management and budgeting
  • Familiarity with IT and IT Services Industry (not BPO)
  • Experience in conducting Behavioral and leadership training programs

Education

  • MBA in HR from a reputed university
  • Post graduation in Psychology
  • Relevant L&D certifications
