Overall Purpose/Objective

Of the job

Responsible for revenue generation through sale of advertising space on the various signages and promotion space across the centre, and identification of new locations/spaces in the mall for additional revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
  • Propose the strategies/ plan for revenue maximization through signages in coordination with the Head of Marketing
  • Identify the list of potential clients for selling signages and conduct meetings with them to understand their requirements
  • Determine the positions/ sites for directional signages within the mall.
  • Ensure that the External Graphic Displays (EGD) across the mall are consistent with the finalized positions and branding principles
  • Supervise the quality of the signages and timeliness in the installation of the same
  • Identify suitable new locations for permanent / temporary signage to generate additional revenue
  • In coordination with Manager – Liaisoning obtain all the required licenses/ permission for the indoor/ outdoor signages and kiosks from the relevant government/ regulatory body
  • Track the revenues from signages and kiosks on a monthly/ quarterly basis
  • Ensure that bills from the various agencies involved in design and preparation of signages are processed and paid on a timely basis
