Manager_MEP

Roles and Responsibilities

• You will report to Senior Project Manager of the company.

• As a Manager- MEP, you will be heading the MEP department for managing all the functionalities related to MEP.

• Reviewing tenders and design drawings and submit prices to tendering department for MEP Services.

• Responsible for co-coordinating Shop Drawings for MEP Services (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting works, Security Systems, BMS etc).

• Responsible for reviewing MEP drawings and suggest changes, if required in consultation with architects / consultants.

• Planning and co-coordinating with consultants, contractors and various agencies to ensure timely commencement, completion and commissioning of MEP works.

• Ensuring that MEP machinery and equipments are maintained in good condition by the respective person in charge.

• Organizing project review meetings for evaluating project progress and eliminating bottlenecks.

• Ensure that sufficient Manpower and Materials for MEP works are arranged at sites as per project schedule.

• Implementing Quality and Safety Measures in MEP related activities.

• Be an integral part in controlling and monitoring cost to ensure that the cost remains within MEP budgets .Cost effective methodologies have to be used where ever possible.

• Preparation of SOP for MEP functions

• In addition to project functions , you will also be responsible for all building related operations and services of KHB Corporate office
