Exp: 10-13 years; Job Description Summary Plans and implements activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions. Ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels. Responsible for sourcing and supplying raw materials, utilities and outside services, as well coordinating global procurement efforts. Coordinates with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory-carrying costs. Reviews and plans requirements for acceptable inventory. May assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system. May work with customers in auditing customer inventory levels and with internal and external vendors to comply with inventory policies. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Job Description Manage a team of ~6-10 directs employees located primarily in Gandhinagar and some in other locations. Responsible for Supply Chain Analytics and Customer Support. Develop and implement optimization strategies to balance tradeoffs and improve delivery metrics, inventory turns and revenue metrics Partner with Manufacturing IT and Corporate IT teams to develop the world class systems, tools and processes needed for Maxim Supply Chain and to develop a long-term roadmap, strategy, design and approach for Maxim Supply Chain to differentiate from competitors Contribute, Participate and lead prep work for Sales; Operations Planning, Company Forecast Review. Collaborate with Business Units, External Manufacturing, Demand Planning and Asia Factory Operations. Lead special projects and assignments including advanced analytics / predictive analytics and root causing. Qualifications and Experience 10 years of total experience in supply chain domain. 5 years of leadership experience leading cross-functional teams in Semiconductor Operations. Experience managing team size of 10-20 including People Managers. 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering/ Supply chain with demonstrated knowledge of Supply chain systems. Leadership experience in Semiconductor Operations, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Hands on experience in one or more of the following Supply Chain systems in a Semiconductor environment JDA, SAP APO, Adexa, Kinaxis. Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing Execution Systems. Exposure to AI/ML/Deep Learning is preferred. Exposure to Business Intelligence systems and in working with large data sets. Experience with Master Data is an added advantage. Ability to see a project from concept to strategy to execution. Excellent communication skills for effective interface with Executives, Stakeholders, Customers and Suppliers. Willing to travel to other locations of Maxim in Asia, Europe and USA.
