- Heading the Talent acquisition function for the company

- Hiring for Pharma R&D, API , plant based roles

-Stakeholder Management at all levels

- Ensuring overall profitability & team productivity

- Fostering best practices

- Timely dashboards, MIS

- Process adherence

- Managing Team performance – SLAs, TAT, improving efficiency, capability building, internal coordination,

- Managing Client expectations – SLA/ communication/ client satisfaction / quality of hires

- Timely invoicing & collections

- Smooth onboarding of selected candidates

- Ensuring smooth workflow on ATS

Expected Start Date: 6/7/2021

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
