About The Job

To deliver high quality modelling projects in a timely manner and take technical responsibility for the successful completion of standard models through the management of a group of modelling analysts. The main focus during the first months will be on building and training the team..

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the achievement of IA NIQ revenue targets by managing the effective and timely production of project deliverables, ensuring that they meet agreed specifications and are fit for purpose, cooperating as necessary with IA NIQ Consultants.
  • Provide Council in feasibility discussions and assist Consultants with interpretation of complex scenarios.
  • Develop technical competencies of New Joiners and more Senior Analysts in the team alike.
  • Ensure own team’s compliance to IA modelling practices and company quality standards and ensure that best demonstrated practices are shared as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of processes and shaping of best practices within the PNP portfolio.
  • Maximize the efficient and effective use of resources within the team itself and ensure team members are appropriately trained. Includes providing coaching to ensure they achieve results using appropriate processes and tools.
About You

It will be good to have in depth knowledge of Market Research and Statistical Modeling. Exposure to analytical solutions like PnP, MMM, Forecasting and other solutions. High Proficiency in Project Management, decision making and problem-solving skills. Strong team management and communication skills

Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience (knowledge of NielsenIQ Data and basics of IA products)
  • M.Sc. / M.A – Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration
  • Should have managed a team in past
  • International experience would be an asset.
