Job Description
  • Responsible for achieving daily demanding Sales Targets, for achieving the width and depth of Distribution, in-store Brand visibility, and executing the company’s policy strategies.
  • Product launch Selling should be key strength areas of the candidate.
  • The candidate should be able to do direct retail sales to Retailers.
  • To be able to search for New Distributors in their assigned areas. and develop a distribution network as per Company Policy.
  • Candidate with FMCG RETAIL SALES experience in Detergent industry, Soaps, Personal care product will be preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Qualification: Graduate/ MBA in Marketing (From a reputed University)
  • Working Experience: 3-5 years (as per job description)
  • Salary will be based on working experience (Best in the industry)
  • The candidate’s residence distance should not be more than 5 to 8 km from the local office.
  • Should have good Geographical Knowledge of his local area.
  • Candidates with FMCG SALES experience in General Trade along with Distributors handling will be preferred.
